Standalone evaluation
So I don't have much background knowledge on this topic, so my standalone evaluation is based on very little domain-specific knowledge.
- The interaction of philosophy and politics, and in particular the reasons the political impact is limited to the United Kingdom, did not seem clear to me. Is it that all these philosophers happened to be in the United Kingdom (or Britain specifically?) Or were there similar ones in other countries? How did their advocacy of reforms connect / compare across countries? What were the political backdrop events in the United Kingdom that influenced the Philosophical Radicals?
- I found it difficult to "skim" the timeline. I think a column or columns highlighting the key areas of a given treatise (such as "utilitarianism", "individual liberty", "separation of church and state", etc.) would help make the timeline more skimmable and give additional ability to sort the timeline.

I feel that the Wikipedia page Philosophical Radicals is a little clearer in setting the overall context. It may be worth looking at whether there are things included in the two intro paras there that could be incorporated into the opening and big picture section of the timeline.
