1958 Organization founding George Gallup consolidates all his polling operations under Gallup, Inc. United States
1990 Organization founding The Times Mirror Company founds the Times Mirror Center for the People & the Press to conduct polls on politics and policy. This would later spawn the Pew Research Center United States (Washington, D.C.)
