I can use December 2018 as the completion date for this timeline, if you would like (the date will then show up when I re-generate the front page table around March 1). Mati, "Not yet complete" is the default creation month that is used when the payment is zero; see here for an explanation. I can use December 2018 as the completion date for this timeline, if you would like (the date will then show up when I re-generate the front page table around March 1).
